Hot Air Balloon Rides in Central Park

Central Park now offers hot-air balloon rides through August 22nd. The rides will last 10 minutes and give you great views of the park and the rest of Manhattan. Four passengers and a pilot will descend ~300 feet in the air. The hours are: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. – we’d recommend going at night because your balloon will be illuminated. Adults pay a reasonable $25/person and children under 12 years old are $17.50.

Honestly never found out how to reserve from 7 a.m. – 10 a.m. – – But I would likely go at night when the balloon is lit up.

That’a my question as well how do we book tickets, and were about in central park is the ride set up? Will need this info to take subway to the park.

Okay, the location is Central Park West at 72nd St. – so just before all the museums. I still never found a number to book tickets – but again, reservations for tickets are only from 7 a.m. – 10 a.m. – after that, it is first come, first serve. Hopefully I helped.
